Karna fans now - "O Sorry,they removed it only from one Place,they still have it at two places,they forget to remove it from two places."

Seems like Karna fans did not read our post carefully,like we said in our previous post,Karna's digvijay "Chapter" in Vana Parva is an interpolation,which in not present in all Northern Recensions as well as Dakshinatya too.

However,Dhritrashtra mentions about Karna subjugating several Kingdoms in Karna Parva.

That chapter of Karna’s Digvijay was deliberately added in Vana Parva for glorifying his conquests and which is not in all sanskrit texts and neither in Dakshinatya nor in Nilakantha.

Some inconsistencies in that chapter can be pointed out -

That chapter mentions Karna Subjugating Anga and Magadha in the Eastern Direction,why would Karna subjugate his own kingdom-

Then descending from the mountain and rushing to the east, he reduced the Angas, and the Bangas, and the Kalingas, and the Mandikas, and the Magadhas. the Karkakhandas

KARNA WAS ALREADY THE KING OF ANGA AND ALSO HAD MAGADHA UNDER HIS CONTROL,SO WHY WOULD HE SUBJUGATE HIS OWN KINGDOM?HOW WOULD HE DEFEAT HIMSELF?

Now before the super intelligent Karna fans say that there were many ‘Angas’ i would like to tell them, ‘Mleecha’ has been called ‘Anga’ sometimes-

Narrative:

O sire, by Bhima, the ruler of the Angas on his elephant came there for afflicting the son of Pandu. Thereupon, Bhimasena deeply pierced with a long arrow that prince of elephants advancing with loud roars, between its two frontal globes. Here the ruler of ‘Anga’ is also called ‘Mleccha’ king,so basically ‘Anga’ has been used sometimes for ‘Mleccha’.

But the Anga subjugated by Karna was not Mleccha because subjugation of Mleccha has been separately mentioned in that Digvijay chapter -

that hero without any aid brought under subjection all the nations of the Mlechchhas, the mountaineers, the Bhadras, the Rohitakas, the Agneyas and the Malavas

Another surprising incident is Karna defeating Bhagdutta,who had an invincibility boon(Vaishnav Weapon) from lord Vishnu and also the invincible elephant Sauptrika.

Bhagadutta’s father Naraka got Vaishnavastra as a boon from Varaha Avtar of Lord Vishnu and he bestowed that weapon onto his son Bhagadutta.As per the boon of lord vishnu,the wielder of this weapon would remain invincible -

Narrative:

“Protected by this weapon, thy son will always, in all the worlds, be invincible and crush all hostile hosts.”

So how did Karna managed to “DEFEAT” Bhagadutta when had a boon of invincibility?If Bhagdutta accepted Sovereignty of Karna it would have still made some sense,just like Rukmi did,but Bhagdutta having boon and still getting defeated by Karna does not make any sense.

SO KARNA FANS,BEFORE ACCUSING BORI,DO SOME RESEARCH FIRST,THIS CHAPTER OF DIGVIJAY IS NOT IN SOUTHERN RECENSIONS,NILAKANTHA AND FEW DEVANAGARI EDITIONS TOO.

WITH LITTLE RESEARCH,WE MANAGED TO POINT OUT TWO ERRORS IN THE CHAPTER,BORI DID RESEARCH FROM THOUSAND TEXTS,BASED ON THAT,THIS CHAPTER WAS REMOVED.
